Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers entering the store during evening hours.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a friendly demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team goals are met.
- Handle cash handling and inventory management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to start immediately.
