Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and transactions
- Execute restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising overnight
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily operational goals
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management
- Monitor security protocols and report suspicious activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM), 3-4 days weekly
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Baltimore location
