Responsibilities

- Resolve billing and service issues efficiently
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (85% CSAT)
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Document all interactions in compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed: 35+ WPM
- Available Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
