Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service as they enter the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering detailed inquiries.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a neat and appealing store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the closing shift procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
