Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering product inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a resolution is reached.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays during evening hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak evening periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience.
