Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve product issues and process returns or exchanges accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
