Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Answer product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to drive sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
