Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner during evening hours.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Cash handling and drawer reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to maintain seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience preferred.
