Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional smile.
- Provide exceptional service by answering product inquiries and assisting with purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current high school students encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must pass a background check.
