Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise meets visual standards and inventory protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Participate in inventory counts, receive shipments, and uphold loss prevention standards
- Adapt to changing store priorities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Support promotional events and seasonal initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer populations
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexibility for occasional holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and navigate fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and point-of-sale systems
