Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selections and checkout processes.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, handling returns and exchanges with professionalism.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in accordance with company health and safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
