Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist customers with product selection, location, and checkout procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Perform daily inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
