Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to meet company standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous retail or customer service experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
