Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and locating items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and occasional weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
