Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional smile and offer assistance in a friendly and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all transactions are voided or refunded correctly.
- Assist with merchandise displays, folding, and stocking shelves to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Handle cash and credit payments responsibly, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Operate store equipment, including registers, fitting room mirrors, and security systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and free of hazards throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City location.
