Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor store inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure a well-organized shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational tasks and store maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
