Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during evening hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
