Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during the weekend rush.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
