Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to answer detailed questions effectively.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase average ticket size.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are necessary.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings (Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
