Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during designated downtime or restocking periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Cross-train in various departments to support the team during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
