- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
