Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols

- Collaborate with team members to maintain pristine venue standards and operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies during evening shifts

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 5 PM - 1 AM) including weekends
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license if transportation between venues is required
- Must be 18+ years old to comply with venue alcohol service regulations
- Reliable transportation to Miami Beach and downtown locations
