Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with precision
- Prepare and maintain food/beverage presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the venue
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends (Thu-Sun, 4pm-11pm)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
