Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while adhering to company policies and protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM database.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the evening support team to ensure seamless operations during off-hours.
- Identify and report product or service issues to the quality assurance department.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
