Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process registrations and appointments efficiently using our CRM system
- Assist clients with program information and resource referrals
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
