Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS system.
- Organize store displays and maintain inventory levels during the off-peak hours.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
