Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be able to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
