- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized displays
- Collaborate with evening shift team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
