- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain immaculate store presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization during quiet periods
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to store management
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Excellent verbal communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic numeracy abilities for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong time management skills with punctuality for evening shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 10kg)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team during busy periods
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts per week (minimum 15 hours)
