Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on de-escalation and satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to the management team.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
