Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Upsell premium products and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for weekend and holiday evening shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Seattle's nightlife scene preferred
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 21+ due to venue alcohol service requirements
