Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining product displays, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during evening hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
