Responsibilities
- Deliver premium remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve complex customer issues across software, hardware, and network systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate technical challenges
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
- Participate in monthly evening team development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and troubleshooting methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional on-site client visits)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
