Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications.
