Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression and immediate assistance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert knowledge and resolving any concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to keep the environment inviting and organized.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of daily operations.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout the evening shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous retail or customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor comfortably for extended periods (4+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evening shifts, typically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
