Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children aged 6 weeks to 12 years during evening hours
- Create age-appropriate activities promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe environment
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and child progress
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols including meal prep and diapering
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent care standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year childcare experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with children
