Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized stations and adhere to food safety protocols
- Engage warmly with customers and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Must be 18+ (for late evening shifts)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
