Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, lattes, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends (4-6 hour shifts)
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
