Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso beverages with precision
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening rushes
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Train on seasonal menu items and promotions
- Collaborate with team during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or food service experience
- Available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- 18+ years of age
