Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support tickets and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing clear, professional, and timely communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
