Responsibilities
- Guest registration and credential verification
- Directional assistance and crowd control at entry points
- Vendor coordination and supply management
- Setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Emergency protocol enforcement and incident reporting
- Collaboration with security and venue management
- Real-time communication via radio systems
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
