Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
