Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new support staff members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when resolving customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a customer-first mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required for this entry-level position.
