Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain an appealing store appearance.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with high accuracy.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
