Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and care
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean workspace
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and memorize drink recipes and menu items
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train!
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
