Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and healthcare
- Partner with venture capitalists to identify and acquire disruptive startups in biotech and space tech
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption across 15+ global markets
- Champion ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Successful scaling of tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with US federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
