Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure attendee satisfaction at all event stations
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue navigation during conferences, festivals, and corporate events
- Execute setup/breakdown protocols for event spaces, furniture, and equipment
- Monitor safety protocols and address attendee concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
