Responsibilities
- Safely leash-walk 2-5 dogs per session in Chicago's upscale neighborhoods
- Administer medications and special care instructions as requested
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our premium app
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Transport pets in climate-controlled vehicles (provided)
- Uphold strict punctuality and reliability standards
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Canine CPR/First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Smartphone proficiency with photo/video capabilities
- Availability between 7 AM - 7 PM (flexible scheduling)
- Reside within 10 miles of downtown Chicago
