Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise inventory in a timely manner
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product displays meet visual standards
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards
- Support store opening activities including price tag verification
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for merchandise transport if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
