Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company planograms
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures
- Maintain clean and safe work environments in stockrooms and sales floors
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail for accurate stocking and rotation
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
